On Thursday – Sept 30th, all Gitsegukla Offices will be closed (Administration, Health, Education) in recognition of Canada’s first National Day For Truth And Reconciliation.
Regular office hours will resume on the following day, Oct. 1st
Garbage and Recycling Collection will still take place on Thursday.
(Note: Staff who elect to work on Thursday will get Friday off in lieu of the Statutory Holiday)

A 3-bedroom unit at the 6-plex has become available for occupancy.
Gitsegukla Housing is now accepting applications for this unit. Gitsegukla Housing is also looking to update the housing needs of the community and would like to request applications for housing from all members of the community who are looking for a change to their housing situation regardless of size of unit they require. A waitlist of approved applications will be maintained in case further units become available.
