Gitsegukla First Nation is hiring a full-time, permanent Early Childhood Educator (ECE) to lead our ASHOR Program starting September 2, 2025. This role offers an opportunity to make a lasting impact on the growth, wellness, and cultural pride of our youngest learners.
You’ll design and deliver developmentally appropriate, culturally rooted activities, collaborate with families and educators, and ensure compliance with BC licensing regulations. We offer three weeks vacation, 18 paid personal leave days, 10 festive season days off, pension plan, extended health benefits, and ongoing training.
Qualifications: Valid ECE certification, strong communication skills, knowledge of Indigenous cultures (asset), and a clear criminal record check.
