📢 Gitsegukla Off-Reserve Winter Food Security 2025 – Applications Now Open! ❄️🛒
Gitsegukla Band Council is offering a one-time $500 winter food security payment for off-reserve Gitsegukla Band Member households.
This support recognizes that off-reserve members often have fewer ongoing services than those living on-reserve — and we hope it helps bring some comfort this winter season.
✔️ Basic Eligibility:
• Must be living off-reserve as of Dec 3, 2025
• Must be 18+
• One payment per household (paid to head of household)
• Must be a registered Gitsegukla Band Member as of Dec 3, 2025
• Must provide recent proof of residency (lease, utility bill, void cheque with address, etc.)
• Must provide a VOID cheque or bank-printed banking info (no handwritten/typed info)
📅 Deadline to Apply: December 12, 2025
Applications after this date will be processed in January.
💸 Payments Issued: December 16, 2025 for complete, eligible applications.
